Our vision for the Trust evolved from our work at Precision Analytics Inc., the parent company of 2GenPen LLC, where for over twenty eight years we have provided independent structured finance consulting services to a wide variety of capital market participants operating across a diverse array of asset classes.

The 2GenPen Trust is designed to be a stabilizing evolutionary force within the capital market system: it is meant to serve as a vehicle that welds capital to social purpose in more efficient and integral ways; a vehicle that expands the financial resources available to state and local governments and other public finance/not for profit entities at this critical time of historic social and environmental need.
